ELO Tournament with GM, IM, WGM, and WIM norms
The tournament is planned to be part of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) tournament
series (FIDE Circuit), the winner of which qualifies for the World Championship contenders
tournament.
Regulations: Swiss system, 9 rounds, FIDE rules, ELO rated.
Time limit: 90 minutes per game per player + 30 seconds per move starting from the first move.
