The 13th International Chess Festival «Riga Technical University Open» 2024
(hereafter referred to as the Festival) is scheduled to be held from August 3rd to August 11th at the International Exhibition
Center «Kipsala» (Ķīpsalas iela 8, Riga, Latvia, LV-1048).
This center stands as the largest specialized exhibition center in the Baltic states, offering a spacious hall spanning 5700 square meters, ensuring best possible conditions for chess.
