Announced Tournaments:
A) 26 February – 7 March 2025: MASTERS – round-robin super GM tournament
— confirmed participants: last year’s Challengers winner GM Ediz Gurel or GM David Navara (names of
other participants will be gradually announced)
B) 26 February – 7 March 2025: CHALLENGERS – round-robin GM tournament
— confirmed participants: (names of participants will be gradually announced)
— winner of the tournament will obtain the right to participate in MASTERS TOURNAMENT 2026
C) 26 February – 7 March 2025: FUTURES – round-robin youth tournament
— round robin tournament for youths under 12 y.o.
— winner of the tournament will obtain the right to participate in OPEN TOURNAMENT 2026
D) 27 February – 7 March 2025: open master tournament with GM norm
— 9 rounds by Swiss system, 2x 1,5 h/40 + 30 min + 30 s/move
— rating tournament with rating for ELO FIDE
— participation of players without age and ratings limitations
— waiting time 1 h in case of late arrival
— winner of the tournament will obtain the right to participate in CHALLENGERS TOURNAMENT 2026
— financial prizes in CZK:
1. 1. 30 000, 2. 20 000, 3. 15 000, 4. 10 000, 5. 8000, 6. 6000, 7. 4000, 8. 3 000, 9. 2 000, 10. 2 000
