FIDE Arbiters’ Commission releases a new edition of the FIDE Arbiters’ Manual 2024
The FIDE Arbiters’ Commission is pleased to release the edition 2024 of the FIDE Arbiters’ Manual.
This new edition includes some important changes in regulations. Our team also took some time to review some comments and the sample exam questions to adapt them to the recent changes, so that you don’t experience discrepancies between the official text and the concrete examples presented.
The International Arbiter Rathinam Anantharam, Member of the ARB Commission, was the leader of the project, and he expressed her gratitude to all those who contributed in particular: IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), IA Marco Biagioli (ITA), IA Roberto Ricca (ITA), IA Matthew Carr (ENG), IA Gilton Mkumbwa (MAW), IA Arasu B (IND), IA Swapnil Bansod (IND), IA Hashemi Amir Erfan (IRI) and IA Mario Held (ITA).
