Festival Events
1.1 Open A — Players with FIDE Rating 2200 and higher, also
Players with FIDE Title: GM, IM, FM, WGM, WIM, WFM.
1.2 Open B — Players with FIDE Rating below 2200, also unrated players.
1.3 Open C — Players with FIDE Rating 1600 and below, also unrated players.
1.4 Open Blitz
1.5 Open under 12 (Date of birth 2012 and after)
1.6 Girls under 12 (Date of birth 2012 and after)
1.7 Open under 10 (Date of birth 2014 and after)
1.8 Girls under 10 (Date of birth 2014 and after)
1.9 Open under 8 (Date of birth 2016 and after)
1.10 Girls under 8 (Date of birth 2016 and after)
System and Rate of Play
Time Control:
Open A — The playing time will be 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one.
Open B, C and O&G U8, U10, U12 — 90 minutes + 30 seconds per move.
Festival tournaments will be played in 9 rounds, according to the Swiss system.
Pairings will be carried out with the computer program – SwissManager.
Players
Upon arrival players may be requested to present the passport of their players for verification of age eligibility.
