FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar 1 to 4 July 2018 in Astana, Kazakhstan
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 4 July 2018 in Astana, Kazakhstan, by the Kazakhstan Chess Federation and under the auspice of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Central Chess Club “ASTANA”, in Astana.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), FIDE Rules Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
