WORLD YOUTH UNDER-16 CHESS OLYMPIAD-2019
FIDE World Youth Under-16 Chess Olympiad 2019 which will be held in Çorum, Turkey from 28th October (Arrival) to 06th November (Departure) 2019
PARTICIPATION
· Turkish Chess Federation has the pleasure of inviting your Chess Federation to participate in the World Youth U16 Chess Olympiad 2019.
· All the players who shall not have reached the age of 16 by January 1st 2019 (born 2003 or later) are entitled to participate.
· Each FIDE member has the right to send one team having free board and lodging from October 28th to November 06th. Each team shall comprise 4 players and 1 reserve (one of whom must be a girl playing at least 3 rounds) and 1 captain (manager, trainer).
· FIDE member federations have the right to send additional teams by paying their costs.
· The deadline for entry is September 13rd 2019. We kindly ask all federations to keep this deadline.
· The organizers may accept late entries only in exceptional cases with 100 EUR extra fees per person to be paid.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
· Full board accommodation will be offered in Çorum, Turkey and booked by the organizing committee. Free wireless connection to all participants is arranged. For booking information please send an email to: umit.kucuk@tsf.org.tr
