1st International “Women’s Chess Championship”
dedicated to the International Women’s Day Tashkent, Uzbekistan
The Tournament takes place in the city of Tashkent from March 5th (arrival) till March 12th (departure), 2023.
The total prize fund is 50 000 US dollars.
The Tournament will be held by the Swiss system (9 rounds) in two groups between female players:
“A” main group – for the participants rated 1500 and above
“B” group — for the participants with rating less than 1500.
FIDE rating value shall be considered as rating on 1st March 2023 (standard).
Time control is the following:
90 minutes and a 30-second increment per move starting from move one.
