Tournament Structure
• Open A : reserved for players with FIDE ELO rating equal to or greater than 2000 ;
• Open B : reserved for players with FIDE ELO rating less than 2000 ;
• Open C : reserved for players with FIDE ELO rating less than 1600 .
Reflection Time: 90 minutes plus 30 seconds increment each move plus 15 Minutes Bonus at the 40th Move only for Open A
Registration Fee: Open A € 90,00 Open B € 70,00 Open C € 50.00 (deadline for payment by bank transfer: June 6, 2019 , supplement of € 10.00 for those who pay the registration fee in Playing Venue)

Maximum delay allowed: 60 minutes
Forfeit Draw allowed: Open A: yes (only once) Open B and C: no
Agreed Draw: allowed only after the twentieth move black
Qualification Criteria: Open A: Buchholz Total, Buchholz FIDE Cut 1, ARO – Open B and C: Buchholz FIDE Cut 1, Buchholz Total, ARO
Affiliated Hotels: Hotel Kursaal 4 Stars (Playing Venue), Hotel Boston 3 Stars ( 600 mt. far from Playing Venue)
The Organization reserves the right to enter up to 5 Wildcards in the Open A
